Used to love it, but.....

My problems with this app are too numerous for a review. Suffice it to say, Ive spent literally hundreds of real $ on Roll Tower games only to have them crash repeatedly on my iPad 2 sine updating to iOS 9, losing both energy and progress. I cant even go back to the earlier version of iOS because theres no way to restore the game without losing everything Ive spent all that money on. My other games still work fine; its only the ones designed by Roll Tower that have problems...all 3 of them.
In the first 30 or so levels it was fine, but after that nearly impossible to get the items you need. Given the time it takes to earn energy (5 minutes for 1 energy) versus the requirement to play each time (least is 35, most is 60 so far) its more waiting than playing. Also, if you need help from the developers dont hold your breath. I have tickets that have been open for 45 days with no response. As long as you dont plan to spend real money, I guess its okay, but they wont get one more cent from me. Secret Society (& G5 games in general) is much better IMHO & Ive only spent a small amount to play it.
Moving on. Roll Tower, I hope you read these & that others dont waste their money only to find you dont care about your customers.
